If you've paid the hire amount, Thank you! You’ll receive a confirmation email of your order shortly.
If you chose "pay later" on the last page, then you will receive a pro forma invoice shortly. Please look out for that in your inbox, (and do check spam / junk folders if it's not in your inbox in the next 5 minutes, or contact us or further assistance).
If you choose "pay later", please ensure you make payment on that at your soonest convenience.
Please note that hire equipment and ST | AV technical support, isn't reserved until hire payment on the booking is completed. Payment is in advance of the service being delivered.

Refundable Security Deposit
This is the Refundable Security Deposit.

We'll only do a refundable hold, not a charge, as your hire date gets close.
Provided the equipment comes back in the same working order as when it went out, and we didn't receive a parking fine in the process of delivering or collecting your order, that hold will simply drop off your card and the funds will be available to you again.
(How long this takes depends on your card provider, but it's usually quite quick)
