Sennheiser 835s - switched

This is the Sennheiser E835S, a popular dynamic microphone designed primarily for vocalists and public speakers. It offers a clear, present sound and is well-suited for live stage performances, conferences, and events where a robust, easy-to-use microphone is needed.

The 'S' in E835S denotes that this model includes an on/off switch, which can be useful for performers or presenters who need to mute their microphone quickly without relying on a sound engineer. It is a cardioid microphone, meaning it picks up sound predominantly from the front, helping to reduce feedback and isolate the intended sound source. This makes it a good choice for environments with stage monitors or other instruments nearby. We supply this microphone with a standard XLR cable.

The E835S is known for its durability and consistent performance. While not offering the nuanced detail of some condenser microphones, its robust build and forgiving nature make it a workhorse for many live sound situations. If you need a straightforward, reliable vocal mic that can handle the rigours of live use, this is a solid option. For wireless applications, please look at our wireless microphone options.
