A preparation day allows our technician to familiarise themselves with your venue, equipment, and specific requirements in advance. This ensures all systems are correctly integrated, tested, and ready for the event day itself, minimising potential issues and saving valuable time when the pressure is on. This service is particularly beneficial for multi-room setups, complex lighting rigs, or events requiring extensive sound checks and content loading.
Our technicians are proficient across a range of audio, visual, and lighting equipment. They will work through your event brief, setting up and testing all rented equipment, and can also integrate with any existing venue infrastructure. This dedicated time helps to guarantee technical readiness and allows for any necessary adjustments to be made without impacting your event schedule.
