Coax Cable 5m With BNC Connectors Suitable For Wireless System Antenna
Hire from £6.45
This is a 5-metre coaxial cable, fitted with BNC connectors at both ends. It is designed for use with wireless microphone systems, specifically for extending the reach of your antenna. This allows you to position antennas optimally for better line-of-sight and improved signal stability, particularly in challenging environments or larger venues.
Using a dedicated antenna cable like this can help mitigate signal dropouts and interference, which are common issues with wireless systems. While 5 metres offers good flexibility, for very long runs or highly critical applications, you might consider active antenna distribution systems or shorter, higher-grade cables to minimise signal loss. This cable is a practical choice for most standard event setups where antennas need to be moved away from the receiver unit for clearer reception.
When you hire this cable, it comes ready to connect to your wireless receiver and antenna. If you are hiring a complete wireless microphone system from us, we will ensure you have all necessary components, including receivers, transmitters, and standard cabling, to get your system operational.
