This is a good quality battery powered loudspeaker from a manufacturer recommended for good sound quality – Bose.

Battery Powered PA System

We’d recommend this Bose S1, battery powered pa system for up to 50 people, per speaker, for spoken word content. We stock a number of these speakers, so accordingly, you can hire more to reflect the size of your audience.

The manufacturer tells us that this speaker can operate for up to 8 hours on battery power alone. Though as this length of time varies depending on the volume,  in our experience we’d recommend you factor in between 4 and 6 hours loud usage on battery power.

This speaker can also be plugged into standard UK mains and be operated like a typical actively amplified speaker.

Bluetooth Speaker

The Bose S1 has bluetooth integrated into the unit. We’ve found it to be ultra reliable on Android and Iphone.

We have a minimum hire of two speakers to ensure you have a full backed up system. This goes alongside our guarantee of making sure that you have a system that we can ensure will keep working.
