This is a very common question that we get asked.
The majority of our dry hire customers, (that is people collecting from us), get on absolutely fine, and are able to set our smaller speaker packages up.
We help by:
1. Including instructions in the box
2. Offering a free demo and teach session on the equipment when collected.
3. Offering support over the phone.
4. Having numerous videos online on our YouTube Channel.
In order to answer the question is it hard to set up, I asked my wife, (a self proclaimed tech novice), to see if she could follow the instructions that we include in our hire packages. Here's what happened.
